First of all, congratulations on becoming the premiere phone directory in the Tri-Cities over the last few years. I recall our first conversation years ago when you shared your vision on how one directory with all the resources would quickly be the #1 choice for everyone.

I have to share with you that recently a representative from another directory called on us to contract us for the coming year. As I went through the building I was unable to find a copy of their book to use as a reference and it became quite clear what book my staff is using.

We use the Mid-Columbia Directory exclusively and have not contracted with any others since you have come to town.
